Our employment exchange structure is very good. Below type of networks

District level
Taluka or Block level
University level
But, I think this structure has been not effectively worked and has been used to give employment.
Every govt. department or organization has a special recruitment cell and they are directly advertising as per their requirement. Candidates are submitting fees receipt every time and described to fill forms to give to that department also attached to educational certificate and other required documents: lots of time, money, papers etc are wasted by them.
And behind this advertise department or organization also need very special human beings for this type of process like receiving the fees receipt form, certificate, documents etc. for completing this process time, money, storage space etc are required. After preparing the exam schedule and checking the papers and the interview schedule with completion while joining this process they have lots of time, money, people etc. this process is not productable work is this department or organization and also a country. I think many departments or organizations having their own department to this type of work related and also many human beings. (Railway…)
I think this is not fare because this work can be completed by FEW people then what is the need of more people.
HOW CAN IT BE POSSIBLE
Our employment exchange have verified original educational, experience, other documents jointly gives a big database in the country.
So, only use the data and recruits people. I think there are two types of process.
1. IF GOVERNMENT NEEDS EMPLOYEE THEY SHOULD GIVE ADVERTISEMENT.
Ans. If they like this opportunity then they will be provided by paying fee receipt and only give to employment Id for providing employment exchange the send it back to concerned department.
This process is OFFLINE OR ONLINE.
This data is SMALL and it handles few people to finish the process in short time. If department likes to check the original certificate additionally while joining lost time.
2. IF THEY NEED EMPLOYEE GOVERNMENT DIRECTLY COUNSULT TO EMPLOYMENT EXCHANGE OFFICE BY ASKING THEIR OWN REQUIRMENTED PERSON AND ALSO ELIGIBLE CRITERIA LIKE EDUCATIONAL, AGE, AND EXPERIENCE ETC.
Ans Employment exchange matches the given data as per requirement and resulted data is send to required department in detail. They directly contact to a candidate or send a letter or communicate.
If any person or candidate requires the detail and it wants to take this opportunities and meet the concern person in department and required process will fulfill and joined.
Also we can see this type of process in PRIVATE SECTOR and they concerned to consultant and various online databases like monster, naukari, times jobs etc. they are having lots of registered data of the person or candidate. Who need job they provide data and also recruited stand.
Why the govt. does not enter this type of process and save the unproductable time, money, people etc.
Though employment exchange have own big database but this shows only the figure of unemployed people this is not good for our country.
SOMETHING IS NEEDED TO BE CHANGE BEYOND LIMIT.
